Return & Exchange Policy

All tailored made-to-measure purchases are final, as they are specifically crafted to the client’s measurements.

For all standard-size purchases that do not fall under tailored made-to-measure items, returns and exchanges are possible if the items are returned within 45 days of purchase with detailed note of the reasons for return or exchange requests.  The returned items must be in brand-new, unworn condition, in their original packaging, and with original tags attached.  Returns should be sent to :
